Lori Bush
Lori Bush has built a career creating authentic consumer brands by bringing compelling products to market via innovative channel and sales strategies. She has served as President of Nu Skin, and in executive roles with Neutrogena and Johnson & Johnson. Lori served as CEO of Rodan + Fields from October 2007 to January 2016, piloting that company from a start up to over $1 billion in annual sales. Today, Lori is Co-Founder and Chairman of Solvasa Integrative Beauty. Lori serves on several corporate boards, including Topix Pharmaceuticals, Leo Holdings Corporation and Cobuna Brands, LLC. She previously served as Chairman of the Board at New Avon. Lori has written several papers about health, beauty and women’s leadership. She co-authored the bestselling beauty and wellness book, Write Your Skin a Prescription for Change. Lori is currently Executive in Residence at the University of San Francisco School of Management.
Jennifer (JT) Trzepacz
Jennifer Trzepacz (JT) is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Wildcat where she provides portfolio companies with leadership in operations, fundraising, marketing, talent, and partnerships and oversees programs that drive the growth, development and effectiveness of the firm. Prior to joining Wildcat, JT was Executive Vice President at Rocket Fuel where she led global business operations including human resources, legal, facilities, IT, business intelligence, project management and communications. JT’s 20 years of experience implementing operational and talent strategies at transformative, industry-leading companies also includes significant roles at LivingSocial, Salesforce, Electronic Arts, and Yahoo. JT received her B.S. from Bryant University and her M.B.A. from Simmons University, Graduate School of Management. She is a New Englander at heart, with a passion for mountain biking, paddle boarding, kayaking in Buzzards Bay and hiking with her husband Mike and dog Max.
Connie Tang
Connie Tang spent 25+ years leading organizations through transformations by building agile and results-driven teams to navigate constantly evolving business environments. As the first ever woman President & CEO at Princess House, Connie led a multi-year, multimillion-dollar digital transformation of brand, business model, product categories, customer management and social/marketing communications. Connie began her direct selling career with BeautiControl where she opened multicultural markets in the US and internationally and was tapped to lead the company’s expansion into Asia Pacific and Latin America. Connie later joined JAFRA Cosmetics International as President reversing a years-long decline in the US while guiding the company’s expansion across 10 global markets. Fluent in English, Spanish and Cantonese, Connie is a sought-after public speaker who has made appearances at the White House Business Council, The Today Show, CBS’ The Talk, CNN en Español, Univision, Entrepreneur Magazine, and INC. Magazine. In 2017, she authored “Fearless Living: 8 Life-Changing Values for Breakthrough Success” in which she shares stories of women entrepreneurs and her personal story which began as the only Chinese American kid on her block in Lower East Side Manhattan.
