Ruby Ribbon has been on a mission to help women feel more confident and supported. It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news that Ruby Ribbon will be winding down its business. Thank you for your support throughout this journey. We are grateful for the role you’ve played in making Ruby Ribbon a brand that inspired women every day.
Q. When is the official closure date?
Ruby Ribbon will officially close on August 25, 2025, or earlier if inventory sells out prior to that date.
Q. Will Customer Support be available during this transition?
Yes — with limited service. Effective July 1, Ruby Ribbon Customer Support will be available via email and support tickets only. Phone and chat support will no longer be offered.
Q. How will I contact Ruby Ribbon after closure?
Our Customer Support Team is also winding down and will close when our website is no longer active.
Q. What is the return policy during this time?
All orders placed on or after June 25, 2025 will be considered FINAL SALE — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
For orders placed before June 25, 2025, our standard 30-day return and exchange policy still applies, pending available inventory. However, all requests must be processed by July 30, 2025 and received at the Distribution Center no later than August 1, 2025 to be eligible. Return or exchange requests made after the deadline will not be honored and the product will not be returned to the customer.
Q. I ordered before the announcement on June 25, 2025. Can I still return or exchange my items?
Yes. For orders placed before June 25, 2025, our standard 30-day return and exchange policy still applies, pending available inventory. However, all requests must be processed by July 30, 2025 and received at the Distribution Center no later than August 1, 2025 to be eligible. Return or exchange requests made after the deadline will not be honored and the product will not be returned to the customer.
Q. Can Ruby Ribbon gift cards be redeemed?
Yes, unused Ruby Ribbon gift cards can still be redeemed during our final sales.
Q. Will I be able to buy Ruby Ribbon products in the future?
No, this is your last chance to get your favorites before your size sells out. At this time, all Ruby Ribbon products will be discontinued.
Q. What offers are still available for customers?
As of June 25th, we will continue to offer the Essential Bundle (Buy 2 Essentials and save 10% off), in addition to the below offers:
1. Save $10 on a Select Bottom with the purchase of the Essential Bundle, using code BOTTOMSBONUS.
2. Spend $100, add on Petals for just $5.
3. Free ground shipping on all orders of $150 or more (excluding the RR Tote - see policy below).
Ruby Ribbon reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any promotions at any time, without prior notice.
Q. Are Surprise Sale items still available for purchase?
Yes! As of June 25, 2025, Surprise Sale items are available for $20 each with no minimum purchase required.
Q. I noticed the Tote has additional shipping charges — why is that?
Effective June 25, 2025, a $16 shipping surcharge will apply to all purchases of the RR Tote. This fee is due to the tote’s size, weight, and special packaging requirements.
Q. Will my Hostess party stay open during the transition?
Thank you for hosting with Ruby Ribbon! All parties will automatically be closed. Due to the number of open parties, this process could take up to 48 hours. If you want your Hostess Rewards coupon right away, login to your account and close your party or connect with your Stylist. Hostess Rewards will be issued at the time the party is closed and Hostesses will receive an email with their unique redemption code.
As with all parties, Hostess Rewards issued after a party is closed expire within 72 hours. No exceptions will be made.
Q. How can I place a customer order during this transition?
Customers should place orders using their Stylist’s Personal Website link.
If you need help, please reach out to your Stylist directly for assistance.
Q. Can new Stylists still enroll?
Effective immediately, we are no longer accepting new Stylist applications. However, former Stylists may rejoin for $59 by purchasing the Digital Rejoin Kit, designed to help them take advantage of this transitional period and continue earning income by selling to their existing customers.
The kit provides access to essential Stylist tools—no products, but plenty of purpose—and is not eligible for return.

Q. Will my Stylist still get commission on what I buy?
Yes, we value our Stylists and will continue to reward them on select purchases you make until full shutdown.
