Ruby Ribbon is a fast-growing social selling fashion company that held its first sales event in 2012. The company is well funded and backed by top-tier venture capitalists Trinity Ventures and Mohr Davidow Ventures.

The unique product line includes shapewear, wardrobe staples such as t-shirts, leggings and skirts with shapewear built in, and fashion items. The Wall Street Journal dubbed the company’s products as a “combination of Spanx function with Lululemon style.”

The products are sold exclusively through a national network of independent personal stylists who conduct “pop-up” events in venues including living rooms, offices and salons and sell online through personal websites. Stylists use the latest in social media and technology to build their businesses and increase their sales footprint while drawing inspiration from Ruby Ribbon’s core beliefs: entrepreneurship, friendship and camaraderie.

Office Coordinator

Come join the team of a rising fashion company that also nurtures female entrepreneurs across the country. You'll be a key part of our mission to provide excellent services to the Independent Stylists who represent our product. We have fun looking at new designs each season, wearing the clothes (great employee discount!) and supporting each other's growth. Our fast-growing company has lots of opportunities for growth and promotions.

The successful candidate will be a key part of Ruby Ribbon’s efforts to provide superior service and provide support needed to our Stylist Services Team. The candidate will have the following attributes and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all office visitors and provide hospitality.
  • Deliver superior service and provide support needed to our Stylist Services Team.
  • Be an expert on our procedures, order entry system, and Stylist promotions.
  • Participate in initiatives to continually improve our support offering.
  • Process all inbound returns/exchanges.
  • Be a champion of our return process and evolve our current procedure into a seamless process for both our internal parts and our customers/Stylists.
  • Be the owner of our internal Stylist rack and inventory; including sending back returned product to our Warehouse and maintaining our Stylist checkout process.
  • Be the owner and action all Stylist promotion send outs. This could be ordering product from our Warehouse and sending product from office, or initiating the orders and process within our Warehouse.
  • Evolve current protocol with Stylist promotions.
  • Understand shipping courier services and identifying cost effective shipment methods in regards to our Stylist promotions.
  • Order shipping supplies for our offices and warehouse, as needed.
  • Manage office supply orders and ensure the office is maintained, clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required, college degree a plus.
  • Previous office experience required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with little direction.
  • Administrative writing skills.
  • Experience using e-commerce order entry systems or equivalent. Knowledge of Zendesk, and Highrise is a plus.
  • Experience using Gmail, Google documents and all Microsoft programs.
  • Excellent verbal communications skills -- Can explain complex or technical concepts using simple language; varies content, style, and form to suit the subject, the purpose, and the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills -- able to compose detailed and positive emails quickly with high level of accuracy.
  • Strong computer, smart phone and Internet browser skills.
  • Be able to lift 35lbs.

Support Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a "superhero" at answering questions, solving problems, and making people happy. In this role you will be part of a company that is changing lives and providing career flexibility. You will be trained and will become an expert on our fashion forward shapewear, stylist business tools and order entry. You will be part of building a national brand and will share the excitement of a fast growing fashion company.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior service and provide support needed to ensure 100% stylist and customer satisfaction via email, phone and office visits.
  • Be an expert on our procedures, order entry system, promotions and products so that you can resolve any stylist or customer issue.
  • Develop a strong rapport with the stylist base.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues for stylists and customers.
  • Track and ensure orders are delivered within Ruby Ribbon's delivery standards.
  • Thoroughly document issues and resolutions in Zendesk ticketing system.
  • Participate in initiatives to continually improve our support offering.
  • Respond to all support contacts within 1 business day.
  • Comfortable using online or outside resources to solve and troubleshoot issues.
  • Process new orders and returns/exchanges.
  • Work on special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • College Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in corporate setting required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with little direction.
  • Experience using Gmail, Google documents and all Microsoft programs.
  • Mac user preferred with basic knowledge all computer systems.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast past office environment, preferably start-up environment.
  • Excellent verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills. Able to compose detailed and positive emails quickly with high level of accuracy.
  • Experience using e-commerce order entry systems or equivalent. Knowledge of Zendesk, Basecamp, and Highrise is a plus.
  • Strong computer, smart phone and Internet browser skills.
  • Be available between 8am to 6pm and occasional nights and weekends (including Sundays).
