Anna Zornosa's career has included leadership positions at startups, as well as large public companies. She founded Ruby Ribbon in 2011 after being inspired to create a unique everyday shapewear apparel company, whose products are only available through social commerce. She serves as an Advisor to several other startups including: Trulioo.com, Motista, Inc, Glam.com, and Chloe & Isabel. Previously, she served as EVP of the Cobalt Group, Vice President, Yahoo!, Chief Marketing Officer, Knight Ridder Digital, and CEO, Topica, Inc. She has both a Masters and Bachelor's degrees from the University of Wisconsin, and lives in Burlingame, CA with her family.

Megan has over 20 years in the fashion apparel industry and has held executive-level product strategy roles over the last ten years. She has spent time at: J. Crew, Gap Inc, Ann Inc, Chico's and Guess? Inc. Megan lives in Marin County, CA with her family.

Elvia serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Ruby Ribbon. Prior to joining Ruby Ribbon, she was the Vice President of Finance at Stella & Dot, and has over 20 years of finance leadership experience at global companies, which include Gilead Sciences, Levi Strauss, and KPMG. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California and earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles. Elvia lives in San Mateo County with her husband and two young (active) boys.

Since joining Trinity Ventures in 1999, Patricia Nakache has focused on funding companies launching innovative technology based services around fundamental business or consumer needs. She was the
first VC investor in Ruby Ribbon. Prior to Trinity Ventures, Patricia worked at McKinsey & Company, helping enterprises in technology, financial services and retailing identify and address their strategic and operational issues. Patricia received her M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her A.B. in Physics and Chemistry from Harvard University.
Since joining Mohr Davidow in 2007, Katherine Barr has focused on investing in web and mobile consumer and business services. Prior to Mohr Davidow, she held various senior management roles in product development, marketing and negotiation. Katherine is an advisor to Samasource, Co-Chair of C100, an advisor to 500Startups, and a founding sponsor of Startup2Startup. She also guest lectures at Stanford University. Katherine completed an M.A. and the M.S. core curriculum in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University and received her B.A. from McGill University.
Cynthia Ringo is Senior Partner of DBL Partners, and Managing Partner of the prior fund managed under DBL Investors. Ms. Ringo currently sits on the board of directors of RubyRibbon, The RealReal, UrbanSitter, Maiyet and Siva Power, and works with View, Yerdle, Kateeva, and Ecologic Brands. Ms. Ringo was formerly a Managing Director of VantagePoint Venture Partners where she was Group Leader of the Communications, Systems, Internet and Media Practice. She also serves as an advisor to several organizations including: the NVCA Diversity Task Force, SVForum, a Silicon Valley leadership forum, Astia, supporting women-led entrepreneurs, and is a member of the Emeritus Board, Watermark. Ms. Ringo received a BS in Legal Systems from Georgia State University and a JD from Emory University School of Law.
Mr. Matthews has over three decades of experience as a business leader in marketing and merchandising. As former President of Federated Department Stores, he led the operations of one of the nation's leading department store retailers, with over 450 stores in 34 states. He currently or formerly served on the board of directors of several companies, including the Progressive Corporation, Finlay Fine Jewelry, Henry Schein, Inc., SmartBargains, Sunoco and Toys 'R Us. He is also a trustee at the American Museum of Natural History. Mr. Matthews is a graduate of Princeton University and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
